They often have happy hours, which offer the best drink deals in the city, but the promotion times vary, so make sure to check what they have on offer when you visit. There’s a nice mix of other tunes too – mostly K-Pop – but you’ll also hear a few canto pop and J-Pop hits.
As for the drinks, they don’t require a cover charge or have minimum consumption rules.

This iconic gay bar is the perfect place to enjoy cocktails and, to be honest, the liveliest crowd you’ll ever encounter in the city.
Beyond the company and drinks, you can’t skip this bar without seeing their shows. Essentially, a collection of boats filled with hot, dancing men and DJs gather by South Bay to party throughout the day.
In addition to the annual pride parade and a number of events during pride month in June, queer folk and allies can visit gay bars and nightclubs. This neighbourhood gay bar has a chilled vibe, with exceptional cocktails. Most likely, you’ll want the red one, which serves all of Hong Kong Island and Kowloon and costs roughly US$35–$40.
You can easily get around the city using the MTR (public transit system), which is convenient and inexpensive.

Transportation & Airport Transfer
The best way to get to the city from the airport is The Airport Express. They aim to bring something new to the party scene and curate an eclectic array of gatherings for the LGBTQIA+ community. Further down the road, South Bay also has a ‘gay section’, which is the left end of the beach.
