    ABSOLUTELY NO PETS are allowed on the grounds (with the exception of SERVICE DOGS*).

      “The atmosphere is inspiring … You see people of every age, every ethnicity, every shape … it is a truly inclusive event and I believe that is because of the people of the city of Phoenix.”

      At the 2022 festival, attendees can expect an entertainment-packed line up: Local drag entertainers and musicians will perform throughout both days, followed by big-ticket headliners.

      The festival also includes a larger-than-life dance pavilion featuring DJs, light shows and art installations; a VIP experience, a KidSpace, an Arts Expo, and an 18-and-over tent featuring burlesque and go-go dancers.

      Dozens of food trucks and vendors will offer attendees local fare, and approximately 300 exhibitors will showcase local businesses, resources and, of course, retail.

      The parade consistently promises nearly 300 entries each year (check parade route below).

    However, DAY-OF/ WALK-UP tickets will be sold strictly at a higher premium price, so we are encouraging festival goers to purchase tickets for this year’s event IN ADVANCE.

     

    To make the advance ticket purchase process easier, Phoenix Pride is offering a SPECIAL LIMITED-TIME PRIDE MONTH ONLY PROMOTION on advance tickets to this year’s festival.

    Please protect their paws from burning on hot sidewalks and asphalt.

    *Service dogs perform tasks for their handlers related to the individual’s specific disability. Please see our Information Booth (with the interpreter symbol) near the Main Entrance to get an “Accessibility Area Wristband” for entry into the Main Stage Accessibility Viewing Area.

    It has soft lights, soft sounds, soft sitting areas, a hand-washing station, ear plugs, and volunteers to assist. Guests can buy foods and arts and crafts.

    Event organizers expect more than 55,000 attendees this year.

    How much are Phoenix Pride Festival 2024 tickets?

    Admission to the 2024 Phoenix Pride Festival is free for children under 12 and active military.

    Children aged 13-17, seniors 55+ and former military members receive discounted $15 admission at the ticket gate.

    Adults 18 and over have multiple ticket packages:

    • General Admission
      • 2-day with express entry: $50.
      • 1-day with express entry: $35.
      • 1-Day: $30.
    • VIP
      • 2-day VIP: $160.
      • 1-day VIP: $110.
    • Walter Studios AfterParty
      • GA: $45.
      • VIP upgrade: $10.

    Both cash and credit cards will be accepted on-site for admissions and for beverage sales at all bars.

    “The Mayor’s Office, Councilwoman Laura Pastor and Secretary of State Katie Hobbs were instrumental in making this happen,” says Phoenix Pride via its website.

    The year prior, two Phoenix intersections became the home of permanent Pride installations.

    “In working with the city, we were able to install rainbow crosswalks [in 2018],” says Fornelli, in reference to the intersections of Central and First avenues at Portland Street (downtown) and Seventh Avenue at Glenrosa (in the Melrose District).

    Still, the annual festival and parade create and unparalleled Phoenix experience for local and visiting members of the LGBTQ+ community and their allies.

    “Not only is the weather here beautiful, but it is incredible to see the community and camaraderie at Phoenix Pride,” says Thomas, whose career as drag queen Kadee Christian Starr included a performance at the 2019 festival.
