    One of the city's most notable lgbtq+Q+ hubs is the NW 39th Street Enclave, affectionately known as "The Strip" or "May-Penn." This district, once a bustling tourist stop on Route 66, is now home to a plethora of businesses, including several gay bars, clubs, and other establishments that cater to the lgbtq+Q+ community1. Autumn in Oklahoma City is the best.

  • Angles: Known for its energetic dance floor and vibrant atmosphere, Angles is a popular gay nightclub in Oklahoma City. Tramps is a longtime 39th Street bar with a big patio and pool tables; use normal late-night caution.

    For staying and going out, District Hotel is the anchor: a 21+ gay resort with clubs, pools, and a piano bar, but expect late-night noise. It features a spacious dance floor, multiple bars, and talented performers.
