Here you find all shops, restaurants and bars. Plan your evening by starting at gay bars Ibiza in the port area before heading to the clubs around 1 or 2 AM.

Dress the Part

There’s no strict dress code for most Ibiza gay clubs, but people love to express themselves with colorful, daring outfits. Cavallet can be reached by bus, but it is recommended to take a (hired) car or scooter or a taxi.

It has a lovely beach and promenade and is very popular with the LGBTQIA community. Most of its bars are LGBTQIA-friendly, but you will also find some special meeting points, for example the bar in the gay-friendly Cenit Hotel and Apartments.

The second largest town on Ibiza's west coast San Antonio also has its own LGBTQIA hub in the bar of the gay-friendly hotel The Purple.

The LGBTQIA scene on Ibiza is pretty wild, just like it is in many cities worldwide, but with that hedonistic, free-spirited edge that Ibiza brings.

That's why Ibiza has a few gay beaches, where most of the people you see at night, will rest their gorgeous (or less gorgeous) bodies in the sand.

The main gay beach is Platja des Cavallet / Playa de es Cavallet , at the southern tip of the island. Online platforms and official club sites often offer early-bird discounts.

Use Public Transportation

Taxis can be pricey during summer nights.

But of course, you do not want to get sun burnt on a secluded strip of white sand. Stroll the cobbled streets, discover medieval architecture, and enjoy panoramic views of the harbor.

  • Local Cuisine
Sample local Balearic dishes such as bullit de peix (fish stew), sofrit pagès (meat stew), and flaó (cheesecake with a hint of mint).

Safe travels and enjoy every vibrant moment of the island’s exceptional LGBTQ+ nightlife scene!
